At Memora, we want every moment you preserve to feel special. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

✅ Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible due to the custom & personalized nature of our product.

✅ Returns & Refunds

Because each Memory Orb is custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Customer errors (incorrect photo, spelling, customization details)

However, we will gladly replace or refund an item if:

  • It arrives damaged

  • It is defective

  • The customization does not match the order details

To qualify:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

🔄 Replacements

If approved, a free replacement will be shipped immediately — no need to return the damaged product.

🚚 Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. We’ll assist as much as possible, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.
