🚫 Lost / Stolen / Damaged Packages

Memora is not responsible for:

• Wrong shipping information provided by the customer

• Delays caused by the carrier

• Lost or stolen packages after delivery

However, we want you to be happy! If your package arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
